Customer service on whatsapp was awful. They dont answer phone calls, and have a serious room of improvement with being polite and corteous. Never again just because of it.

The person who checked me in was very kind and helpful. Nice terrace to work on.
The bathroom was super molded. The bed was uncomfortable. Not so clean overrall. Not a very secure door to my room.

The bed anf location
No instructions how to get the room key which was locked in a box. It took 30 minutes to get an answer via WhatsApp. A broken fan and table in the room, they were not useable.

The location, hot showers, good wifi
Despite providing an arrival time, noone was there to let me in. I stood locked outside for over an hour. I called the numbers only to speak to a lady who hung up on me. I was let in by guests. I spent another 40 minutes waiting in reception, noone was there so finally i tried a room and let myself in. The next moring i had someone who worked at the hotel let herself into the room who started challenging me on why i was there. That i needed to pay and leave at 12pm.
